Q.  What is The Great Australian Survey? What do I need to do?

A.  The Great Australian Survey collects detailed demographic, lifestyle and purchasing data on consumers and business people who join and complete our questionnaire.

Members choose to complete the survey and choose how much or how little personal, purchasing and business information they want to share with us.

In return we give our members the chance to win great prizes on a regular basis, and promise to use their information for marketing and research purposes in a professional and appropriate way.

To join please click here. You will then be asked to answer our onsite 5 minute questionnaire. Once you have done this you are considered a member, and you will start to receive emails from us, all of which include ways of earning extra entries

 

Q.  How do I change my email address and / or password?

A.  Log into your account and click on 'Edit details' where you can update your email address as well as your password

 

Q.  I have lost my password, what do I do?

A.  Click on the "lost password" icon on the left hand side of the home page. Enter your email address and click on "reset password". This will then send your password to your registered email address

 

Q.  Links in an email or on-site won’t work?

A.  All the links are checked before we publish them. However if you do find any link(s) that don’t work, or take you to an error message page, please inform us by replying to the email with the error and we will look into this for you.

Q.  When will I start receiving surveys?

A.  Each different campaign has specific types of people they need to complete them, and this is based on your profile - the details you provide to us when you joined. If you have not received any invites so far, it is most likely because we have not had any projects yet that matched your profile, hopefully we will be able to send you some soon.  

Q.  How do I unsubscribe?

A.  We do respect your decision to unsubscribe. When you receive your next invite from The Great Australian Survey, there is an option at the bottom of the page for you to click on if you wish to unsubscribe. There is also the menu option “Unsubscribe” on our homepage, on the left hand side, where you can do this. Please contact us if you have issues trying to unsubscribe and we can do it for you.

Q.  How many points do I need to get to win the prize?

A.  We do not offer points for prizes, instead we offer entries into our major and minor prize draws.  The more entries you earn, the more chances you have of winning.

 

Q.  Does The Great Australian Survey ask for credit card details or bank details?

A.  The Great Australian Survey never asks for credit card details for any reason. Our cash prizes are paid to members using Cheque or direct money transfer to your account. In some instances we will give you the option of having the money transferred to your bank account, in which case we will require your bank account details however this is only an option and you can always choose to have a cheque issued instead.
